At St. Croix Rods, we stand behind our craftsmanship and want to ensure you have the best experience on the water. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused gear within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully secure the unused rod or accessory in its original packaging or a protective shipping tube to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
